Saint Patty's Day the Taiwanese Way!

Here is what a few of the Teachers of Berhan
[Kaylee, Rayne, Kendra]
did to celebrate
Saint Patrick's Day
 in Taiwan.

We made
Dumplings!
From scratch!

And Irish Soda Bread.
With Chocolate Chips.
AND Craisins.
Oh Yum.

Here's how it happened -

Kendra took pictures.

And made the dough.

And pulverised the meat.

Rayne and Kendra made the filling.

And rolled out the dough.
And filled the dumplings.
And folded the dumpling.

Then Rayne fried the dumplings.

And then Rayne, Kendra, and Kaylee ATE the dumplings!

Where was Kaylee during this process?
Making the Irish Soda Bread that caused these faces -

But not these.
These were caused by seeing the first gecko of the season.

It was a beautiful blending of cultures.
Delicious, too.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day from Taiwan!
